Our policy for live inverts is as follows: If you add the "Overnight Shipping (added to the regular shipping cost)" it will be guaranteed live delivery it which we will send the order out again free of charge as long as you contact us with details on the day you receive the package with the problem. If you ship using the default method which is US priority mail and you inverts arrive DOA we will credit you the amount on the inverts only not including the shipping cost. You must contact us the same day your package arrives with the problem. If the weather is too hot or cold at the time of order we will contact you letting you know we are holding the order. At that point you may choice to cancel the order for a full refund.
