ORDERS AND PAYMENTS:
Our shopping cart system uses PayPal for payment. You must have a verified account and address with PayPal. If you don't finish payment for the order at the time of checkout, the order will be dropped. Do not pay for an order after, payment must be processed at checkout to be valid and your items reserved!


SHIPPING:
We offer two methods of shipping using the US postal service, Priority mail and express overnight delivery. The shipping is calculated on this site directly from the USPS according to the amount added to your cart.
Our policy for live inverts is as follows, please choose accordingly at checkout:
EXPRESS OVERNIGHT DELIVERY: We will guarantee live delivery as long as you contact us with details within 4 hours after you receive the package with the problem.
We will reship your order or refund it minus the shipping costs if we don't have the item.
Overnight shipping orders will ship Monday-Thursday AM's.
Shipping is done through PayPal and you will receive a message with tracking info the night before your package leaves for delivery.
As per PayPal guidelines of shipping, a signature is required for all overnight deliveries. We can’t waive this option and cannot guarantee the order without a signature.
Orders will ship to confirmed addresses on your PayPal account. If you ask the order to be shipped to a different address then listed on the PayPal account used to pay for the order you will void the live arrival guarantee. It will be at our discretion as to what we will do to resolve the problem if this occurs.
We may ask for DOA items to be returned or pictures showing their condition upon arrival to honor the live guarantee.
If the weather is too hot or cold at the time of order we will contact you letting you know we are holding the order. At that point you may choice to cancel the order for a full refund or wait until conditions improve.
PRIORITY MAIL DELIVERY: If you choose this method and your inverts are DOA, we will give you store credit for amount on the inverts only not including the shipping cost. You must contact us within 4 hours after your package arrives with the problem. You must use the store credit for in stock merchandise. We cannot give a full refund, store credit only when you ship via this method.
Priority mail orders ship on Monday-Wednesday AM only. Orders will ship on the next available day.

We require payment on check out to reserve the items. Once the order is placed it is processed and shipped and may not be cancelled. If you make a mistake and you contact us right away we may be able to assist you in a cancelation but may not be able to if processing as already taken place.
