All shipping is USPS Priority mail but default. For overnight delivery you need to add the additional item "Overnight Shipping" to your cart. We are shipping from Rhode Island.
Our policy for live inverts is as follows:
If you add the "Overnight Shipping" which gets added to the normal shipping charge and appears as an item in your cart, it will be guaranteed live delivery it which we will send the order out again free of charge as long as you contact us with details within 4 hours after you receive the package with the problem.
If you ship using the default method which is US priority mail and you inverts arrive DOA we will give you store credit for amount on the inverts only not including the shipping cost. You must contact us within 4 hours after your package arrives with the problem.
If the weather is too hot or cold at the time of order we will contact you letting you know we are holding the order. At that point you may choice to cancel the order for a full refund or wait until conditions inprove.
SHIPPING NOTICE ON LIVE INVERTS:
Priority mail orders ship on Monday-Wednesday only. Orders will ship on the next available day.
Overnight shipping orders will ship Monday-Thursday.
Only shipping to US through the store. International non-live orders may contact us for a shipping cost. Thanks!
